Sign in to your Fresh Day patient portal and open Referral rewards. Your personal code and shareable link are ready to copy.
When will I receive my $25 credit?
When your friend’s first paid order qualifies under the referral terms, your $25 reward is added as account credit. You can check its status in Referral rewards.
How do I use my account credit?
Available credit applies automatically to eligible upcoming renewals. You can see your available balance and activity in your portal. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Who can use my referral code?
Eligible new Fresh Day customers who live outside your household. Self-referrals and repeat-customer referrals don’t qualify. Your friend’s treatment eligibility is determined independently by their provider.
Can my friend combine this with another offer?
The referral discount can’t be combined with another promo code or an offer that prohibits additional discounts. Referral terms apply.
One referral discount and reward per eligible new customer. Refunds, disputes, and ineligible orders may result in a reversed reward. When sharing, let your friend know you may receive account credit.
