    Shipping Policy

    At Fresh Day Meds, we are committed to delivering your prescription medications safely, securely, and discreetly. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and procedures for handling special medications.

    1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

    All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking provided. We offer two shipping methods based on the type of medication:

    Standard Shipping

    Delivery: 3-5 business days

    Cost: FREE on all orders

    For: Oral tablets and topical products (Finasteride, Minoxidil, Hair Foam, Tadalafil, Sildenafil, Enclomiphene)

    Expedited Cold-Chain Shipping

    Delivery: 2-3 business days

    Cost: FREE on all orders

    For: Injectable medications requiring temperature control (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, NAD+, MIC B12)

    2. Temperature-Controlled Shipping

    Injectable medications (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, NAD+, and MIC B12) require special handling to maintain their efficacy:

    • Insulated Packaging: All temperature-sensitive medications ship in insulated coolers with gel packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.
    • Stability Tested: Our pharmacy partners use packaging validated to keep medications within safe temperature ranges for up to 72 hours.
    • Upon Arrival: Please refrigerate injectable medications promptly after receiving your package. Store between 36°F–46°F (2°C–8°C).
    • Warm Gel Packs: If the gel packs in your shipment have warmed, do not worry—the medication remains stable as long as it was not exposed to extreme heat. When in doubt, contact support.

    3. Delivery Coverage

    Where We Ship

    • All 50 US States including Alaska and Hawaii
    • Washington D.C.
    • US Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands (select medications only)

    Shipping Restrictions

    • No International Shipping: We do not ship outside the United States.
    • P.O. Boxes: Not accepted for signature-required shipments (most injectable medications).
    • APO/FPO Addresses: Contact support for availability.

    4. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

    • Address Changes: Contact support immediately if you need to update your address. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
    • Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

    5. Tracking & Notifications

    You will receive email updates throughout the shipping process:

    • Order Confirmed: When your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy.
    • Shipped: When your order leaves the pharmacy, including your tracking number.
    • Out for Delivery: On the day of expected delivery.
    • Delivered: When the carrier confirms delivery.

    Track your package at any time using the tracking link in your email or by visiting the carrier's website.

    6. Signature Requirements

    Some prescription medications require a signature upon delivery:

    • Injectable Medications: Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, NAD+, and MIC B12 typically require a signature.
    • Your Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
    • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
    • Indirect Signature: Some carriers may accept a signed delivery instruction left at the door. Check with the carrier for options.

    7. Lost or Damaged Packages

    We stand behind every shipment. If you experience an issue with delivery:

    Lost Packages

    If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking has not updated in 7+ business days, contact support. We will investigate with the carrier and reship at no cost if the package is confirmed lost.

    Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives damaged or the medication appears compromised, contact support within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

    8. Discreet Packaging

    Your privacy is our priority:

    • Plain Packaging: All orders ship in unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the contents.
    • Discreet Return Address: The return address will not reveal the nature of the shipment.
    • No Branding: There are no logos, product names, or medical references visible on the exterior of the package.
