Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
By purchasing a subscription with Fresh Day Meds, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the standard ongoing rate. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method on file will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis (every 30 days) until you cancel.
2. Promotional Pricing
If your subscription includes a first-month promotional price (e.g., $245 for your first month), your payment method will be charged the promotional price for the first 30 days. Upon your first renewal, and for all subsequent months, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard ongoing rate (e.g., $295/month) unless canceled.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Timing
To ensure you do not experience any gaps in your treatment, Fresh Day Meds will initiate the fulfillment and shipping process prior to your next billing date. Your monthly subscription fee covers the medication, telehealth consultation, and shipping.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
We offer a no-contract subscription, meaning you can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription and halt future billing, you must submit a cancellation request.
- To cancel: Please visit https://freshdaymeds.com/faq and open a support ticket requesting a cancellation.
- Our support team will process your request and respond with a cancellation confirmation, usually within 24 hours.
5. Renewal Notices
To ensure you are always informed, Fresh Day Meds will send you an email notice 3 days prior to your upcoming renewal date. If you wish to cancel and avoid the upcoming charge, you must submit your cancellation ticket before the billing date.
6. Refund Policy on Prescription Medications
Due to federal and state laws regarding the safety and integrity of pharmaceutical products, Fresh Day Meds cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed and shipped from the pharmacy. If you are charged for a renewal because you did not cancel prior to your billing date, that charge is non-refundable once the medication has been dispensed.
