Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
By enrolling in a Fresh Day Meds subscription, you authorize us to charge the total amount on the renewal schedule disclosed for the plan you select at checkout. Current compounded GLP-1 one-month plans renew every 23 days, and current compounded GLP-1 three-month plans renew every 83 days, as shown before you authorize payment.
Current compounded GLP-1 plans for new enrollments: Tirzepatide is $179 for a one-month plan, $140/month — $420 total for a new-to-GLP-1 three-month plan, and $156/month — $469 total for a transfer three-month plan. Semaglutide is $140 for a one-month plan, $99/month — $299 total for a new-to-GLP-1 three-month plan, and $128/month — $385 total for a transfer three-month plan. The exact total and renewal schedule are shown before payment authorization.
At checkout, we place a temporary authorization hold for the applicable three-month total. We capture that amount only after a licensed clinician approves and prescribes treatment. If treatment is not approved, the authorization is released and there is no final charge. After the initial approved order, this plan automatically renews and the applicable total is charged every 83 days until canceled.
2. Three-Month Tirzepatide Price Lock
A continuously active plan renews on the Product and Stripe Price accepted when that customer enrolled, including grandfathered plans. A later storefront price change does not change an existing subscription. Any new or restarted subscription shows its exact current price and cadence for confirmation before payment.
The price lock does not carry over if you cancel and later re-enroll, change medications, change to a different plan or billing cadence, or change between new-to-GLP-1 and transfer eligibility. Any different price must be disclosed before you accept the new plan.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Timing
The Compounded Tirzepatide - 3 Month Plan includes the required telehealth review, medication if prescribed, injection supplies, ongoing support, and free expedited cold-chain shipping. There is no separate membership fee for this plan.
We may begin renewal review or fulfillment preparation before the next three-month term to help avoid a treatment gap. Preparation timing does not change the disclosed billing cadence: the subscription charge is processed every 83 days.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not shorten or refund a three-month term that has already been approved and processed. To avoid the next renewal charge, submit your request before that renewal is processed.
- To cancel: Submit a support ticket or ask our support team through Live Chat.
- Our support team will process your request and respond with a cancellation confirmation, usually within 24 hours.
5. Renewal Notices
Fresh Day Meds sends a renewal reminder to the email address on file 7 days before an upcoming renewal. You remain responsible for submitting a cancellation request before the renewal is processed if you do not want the upcoming subscription term.
6. Returns & Refunds for Prescription Medications
Returns are not accepted for prescription medications, and there is no return window. Due to federal and state requirements protecting pharmaceutical safety and integrity, medication cannot be restocked or resold after it has been dispensed.
If a clinician does not approve treatment, the authorization hold is released and there is no final charge. Once a prescription is approved and the order enters pharmacy processing, the approved term is non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund an approved or fulfilled term.
Lost, damaged, or temperature-compromised packages are handled under our Shipping Policy. Contact support promptly so we can investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.
